Welcome to Omatsuri 2026! This year marks a monumental milestone as the Calgary Japanese Community Association (CJCA) proudly celebrates our 15th Anniversary.
For a decade and a half, Omatsuri has been Calgary’s premier gateway to authentic Japanese culture. To celebrate 15 years of community, heritage, and connection, we are making this year’s festival our grandest and most immersive experience yet, from the thunderous echoes of traditional Taiko drumming to the vibrant sights of our night-market-inspired outdoor grounds.
Whether you are a lifelong friend of the festival or joining us for the very first time, come celebrate 15 years of culture with us!
