Masking – Recommended but not required
As of June 14th, mandatory masking rule in public transit is lifted. It is still recommended to wear masks when you go public especially if you have symptoms, but it is no longer mandatory.
Vaccinations – Recommended but not required
It is encouraged to receive all doses they are applied for but not required.
Vaccines are readily available across the province on a walk-in basis. Appointments are also available through the Alberta Vaccine Booking System or by calling 811 or a participating pharmacy.
Rapid Tests
Alberta continues to provide rapid tests at no cost. To find a location, visit alberta.ca/CovidRapidTests. An Alberta Health Care card is not required to pick up a rapid test kit.
Isolation – Recommended but not required
Isolation is recommended if you have symptoms or positive, however, it is no longer mandatory.
