Important Dates

Wednesday, May 15, 2024 (on or before)

Due Date for the Vendors and Exhibitors to notify the Vendor Management Committee of the status of the application. (Yes or No for participation)

Friday, May 31, 2024 (on or before)

Due Date for Vendors and Exhibitors to make payments upon Approval. Failure to meet this deadline will be considered delinquent and may result in the forfeiture of the rental space which will then be reassigned.

Saturday, June 15, 2024 (on or before)

Last Day to cancel Agreement with written notice in order to receive a full refund.

Friday, August 9, 2024: Festival Day 1

  • Outdoor Night Market set-up: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Open to Public: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Takedown starting at 10:30 PM

Saturday, August 10, 2024: Festival Day 2

  • Check-in: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM (final set-up to be completed by 9:00 AM)
  • Open to Public: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Take-down/Move-out: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
